A workshop run by Nadja Kraft and Natasha Wolffe, exploring ideas for creative movement with children aged 5 to 8 years, suitable for a range of settings.
In this workshop we will be exploring movement dynamics using folk dance, movement games, poetry and song as inspiration. We will work on technique and repertoire and develop our creative ideas. Ideas can be taken into the music room and also be used to support the broader curriculum, while activities will be adaptable for those working under distancing restrictions and the need to work online.
The workshop is suitable for those working with children aged 5 to 8 years old as students, teachers and community practitioners. No previous experience needed, come and have fun!
