Carmen has been teaching music for over 25 years, ranging from groups of babies to adults. Currently, she is teaching at the Música con Corazón School of Music,  Autónoma and Complutense Universities and Musikene Conservatoire. She also collaborates regularly with the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía. She believes in the power of the arts to break down barriers and, for this reason, she loves to be involved in projects with an artistic and social focus. She is the director of “Canto Abierto” (a choir with individuals with functional diversity) and has contributed to projects such as “Todos Creamos” (INAEM) with Fernando Palacios and “Historias Musicadas en la Cañada Real” (OEB). She is Chair of Orff Spain and a board member of the International Orff-Schulwerk Forum Salzburg.
