Alone I sit and sew
A singing and listening game, children can identify the person singing, by touch or the instrument they are playing. There are many different variations.

A game to encourage controlling sounds, responding to cues, creating musical texture and body movement.
Carpenter’s Clap
This is a traditional hand clapping game led by Orff Practitioner Rainer Kotzian. Suitable for children in the playground and also as a framework for composition in music lessons.
Switch
‘Switch’ is a game which practises using ostinato with your body and encourages awareness 2 rhythmic patterns at a time. Its also a lot of fun and will get the children concentrating!
